Any results from todays cup games? Mermaids men got 10 against the grapes on friendship, beating them 40 after the handicap was taken off and i had my shinning star missing.

James Norths swept past Dragon 'B' by 30 odd (or it might've been 40 odd!) _________________ ' I see further, by standing on the shoulders of giants'

Burbage eased past Etherow "A" at the Royal Oak by around 38 chalks ?
I must add the green was in "Superb condition" as always ( a credit to the green keeper

Dragon 'B' were alive and well yesterday at Trades Hall !
Can't speak for Dragon's second string in Longendale, but there were whispers of them pulling their Tameside team. That said ,they were still fulfilling their fixtures up to last Friday? _________________ ' I see further, by standing on the shoulders of giants'

Cheers thanks for that.
Next question is I want to post a result for the Tameside Sat Lge Div 2 brought forward from Sat 26th July to yesterday due to a fixture clash but.......there is no "submit your result" for this ( maybe its to early to post )
The match in question is Etherow"B" v Navigation.
Also while on the subject can you confirm or not that on the 31st May Etherow entertain the Navigation at home in the Saturday Tameside Cup
Thanks

Hi Steve,
I've brought your fixture forward from 26th July - You should be able to submit your result now.
And you do indeed entertain Navigation in the Saturday Cup (Full draw is on the front page of the site) But you'll need to get in touch with Bernard Cartmell about Etherow's handicap in that competition, as Etherow weren't placed last season. _________________ ' I see further, by standing on the shoulders of giants'

The Spring Gardens A got the better of Hyde Park B and we only had 9 players so on top of a 70 odd handicap we had to give another 21,but the Tintwistle green suited and we finished on top _________________ If God played football he would be called ELANO
