How bad is John Gywnne?!?
It's more depressing watching bowls on Sky with that muppet commentating than it is watching Derby! _________________ T'owd North... missed by a dewdrop!

Why have Sky chosen a man that knows nowt about bowls to commentate on the Waterloo? He constantly says that a bowl is a good 'un, even when it is 2 yards short or 2 yards through! Why don't they have an ex player commentating? Are they trying to kill the game as a spectator sport? My seven year old daughter could do a better job!!! _________________ SECO FLUID POWER -- THE POWER BEHIND LMRCA

to be honest can anybody name a single individual who is both familiar with the game and an experienced TV commentator.
Everton Well-Biased ?....... don't think so.
Might I suggest Keith Rudman ?
To be fair to John Gwynne.... he aint a complete stranger to the game.

Keith Coates at Grate Moor - presuming it's the same Keith Coates who used to voice the totally unbiased County videos in the early 90's ? _________________ Keith Robins - Norths - Bush - T'Lane

i would like the commentator to be a bowler who knows all the phrases used around the green and make it more like being there. Even a Legend of the game would do although they would all be playing in the competition. _________________ (Jonny Chapman - Great Moor & High Lane)
